my!"s? Wally has updated this treat. A tangy lemon chip (made
just for us alone), a unique lemon curd and a few whipped-up touches

Pistachi-O-wie Shortbread
Daring to go where no shortbread has gone
before.
Wally, though building on the rules of tradition, is never afraid
to break those rules to make sure your pleasure is taken to the
limit. He knew that a shortbread biscotti, despite having a modern
non-square or non-pie shape, was necessary to satisfy your craving
for buttery elegance wrapped around fine green pistachios and whole
toasted almonds. He then topped them off with a liberal sprinkling
of sparkling sanding sugar, and gave them a name that suited them
and him. He named them after his own bit of wrap-around joy, his
grandson Owie (short for Owen). Maybe a bit hard to pronounce, but
definitely easy to eat.
