2007 - SAILSMEETING TIME   .....It can't be all work and no play, right?  So, with that in mind we landed at the Cabo San Lucas airport over Memorial Day Weekend and headed not to the famous tourist town, but north.  Our destination was Los Barrilos - a small village in an area called the East Cape right on the Sea of Cortez- for two days of billfishing.
    
What a time !  We caught 5 marlin, 2 Dorado, 1 mako shark, and a tuna during our two days on the water and the photos below show some of the excitement we experienced.

It was "catch and release" for the marlin but we did enjoy the dorado sashimi the same day we caught it and also had some of it seared for dinner.
